Pros

I love the workplace environment and sense of community. I'm a quiet person but even I have made friends here in a short amount of time. LYNX is always doing raffles and giveaways. Great call center environment. The autopoint job is very easy and upbeat. Some days are very busy and others are not so we all have brought in things to do between calls.

Cons

Upon being hired we were told there was a $.50 commission for each appointment set. When we had got out of training we learned of the five major requirements to receive this monthly "bonus". Two days before the end of the month we were told of another requirement. There were only two people on the team that met the requirements the first month. Eventually my team badgered the manager enough that we all got our bonus. My class was not trained on LYNX benefits or rules in any way shape or form. Never spoke with HR once. I had to request a paper copy of the attendance policy. Our supervisor is inexperienced, but you've got to start somewhere.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
