Glad its over - Anonymous Solera Employee Review

HR will tell you that they are neutral, but beware they are not, if you go to them and talk about the unethical issues or job issues you might end up getting fired. Communication is non-existent, manager plays favorites, and the accounting team is a mess. They are rapidly sinking with their best employees leaving. Corporate is a problem, but honestly, the culture is the worse I have ever seen.
