Pros

Enservio has some products that no one else in the industry has. Generally, everyone I work with on a day to day basis is wonderful. I like my direct manager. The work can be interesting and you will talk to a lot of different people throughout the country.

Cons

We've had no raises since Solera purchased the company. We were told this summer we would receive a raise and would receive the information by end of October. They said it would be retroactive until June. Suddenly, we have a new head of the division who tells us he has no control whatsoever over raises and that the company operates differently from any other company he has ever worked for. Our healthcare is very poor. I have one of the best plans the company offers and am still paying off a bill from last year. I feel like it is really more of an emergency health insurance plan. Our vacation time and sick time is lumped together. The most you can ever get is 15 days total. With no raises for years, bad healthcare, and very few vacation/ sick days I feel constantly stressed. Also, it is doubtful you will be recognized or ever offered a promotion. There is just no room to grow here.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
