Pros

Great people, awesome product..used to have good income potential but that has been taken away..no more bonuses or sales incentives..fun contests etc..it's turned to an hourly job.

Cons

Company took away all sales incentives and bonuses turning what was once one of the best sales jobs in Vegas to a revolving door job..here today gone tomorrow..we used to be a team..now we are just a number..been there over 5 years and we go thru 20 reps a month, which in the Automotive world is not good..in a shop owners eyes it's about consistency you can't have different rep every other month..leads are worthless..no new leads in 5 years cuz they don't work with foot soldiers which could eliminate alot of bad data...scrap Goldmine and use SalesForce..make it so If bad data u never see it on the front end again..same as Alldata reps..if a shop is closed they mark shop closed and never see it again on front end and they use CRM.. Stripping pay from sales staff will lead to lower sales and higher turnover..Golden Rule in Sales.. "Never mess with a sales persons commissions.: 2 times in year they have screwed the sales staff over..it's all about Solera and nothing about being a family like we once were. New management flat out lied in last month's sales meeting..saying we are not gonna hire anymore...yet new class of 10 hitting floor and another 10 coming onboard... Will soon be a scripted $10 job

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
