Pros

My current supervisor is amazing. Does not micromanage at all and gives me the freedom in order to be successful. I get to work from home and travel nationwide. Solera lets you keep all your frequent flyer miles, hotel points and car rental points. I've worked with some great people within my department. They match your 401K up to 6%. That didn't kick in until a year of employment with them. They were arguing internally if they wanted to start that up again.

Cons

Was promised / written in my offer letter a 10% yearly bonus and yearly merit increase which no one has gotten in my department or other departments in YEARS. HIGH turn over amongst managers and co workers. I've been through three different managers since being hired. The first manager was great but was fired for retaliation. Second manager was absolutely horrendous and micromanaged the heck out of you. My current manager is a pleasure to work with. There is room for growth. Was offered a promotion which comes after my current position to a different department with more responsibilities but they did not want to increase my base salary. Internal promotions they take advantage of you / nickel & dime. You're better off leaving the organization.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
