Pros

You can pay your bills.

Cons

I had four directors over the span of three years. Every year, the company lays off necessary teams. Then we have to do the jobs of three different teams with only one salary.. The company is unethical. When asked why Black History Month was not acknowledged, we were told that Black History Month is kind of like Valentine’s Day. They don’t want to love us just one day a year they want to love us all year round. Which they don’t . When they received backlash, they did a Townhall meeting with all of the black people in the company and told us that we need to be more worried about our sales than this. They will put you on a pip for taking FMLA leave. They will fire you for whistleblowing. They just lost their partnership with Mercedes. If you are on the Omnitracs side a lot of what you will sell won’t work properly. They are discontinuing products that a lot of clients currently use and they’re not replacing them. That company is the most unethical company I’ve ever worked for in my life. And I have proof of everything.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
