It is a very fast-paced position with a lot of opportunity to learn, but there is a lot of sales pressure. - Account Executive Soliant Health Employee Review

Pros

Lots of training initially, followed by a lot of freedom with higher management readily available to step in when needed. Additionally, the people are incredibly friendly there and enthusiastic for the most part.

Cons

They have set expectations sales wise. If they are not met, then you are gone. Other disadvantages depend on which 'team' you get placed in. The success that what you'll be doing each day really depends on which group your hired into (Schools, Locums, Nursing, Medical Coding, etc.). Likewise, there are various 'pods' within each group, and if your group is successful, then you are too. It helps to be in the know, if that makes sense.

Pros

Loads of training. Cooperative environment and fun atmosphere. Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

Low starting pay. This is role better suited for someone that is straight out of college with no real bills or responsibilities

Pros

Job security, good coworkers, nice office

Cons

I'll say this, the people here are genuinely great, and that's the main reason I've stuck around as long as I have. But lately it's been hard to ignore everything else. Pay hasn't moved even though what's expected of us keeps growing, flexibility is basically gone at this point, and when changes happen (comp, structure, whatever) we usually find out after the fact with zero explanation. It's frustrating trying to do your job well when you're always a step behind on what's actually going on. And it's not just us feeling it either, leadership seems just as stretched and reactive, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Honestly, moving into a leadership role right now doesn't even feel worth it, you'd still be running a desk on top of managing people, with no real pay bump to show for it. There just isn't a clear path up anymore, and that's the part that's been getting to me most.
