Pros

Soliant is an excellent place to work! After working here for over two years, I can give nothing but praise. Every career has highs and lows; however, I can honestly say that each day I walk into work, I am walking into an inviting, thriving environment. Soliant is team oriented and filled with colleagues that are looking to both enhance their own lives as well as their colleagues’. The leadership genuinely cares about their employees both professionally and personally, and I cherish this aspect of the company. Soliant has ongoing training allowing everyone to continue to grow as they tenure. It is never too late to gain success at Soliant especially in the positive atmosphere provided. I can whole heartedly say I love working for Soliant, and it is an honor to walk in and out of the doors each day. I have and will continue to recommend Soliant to other’s looking for a career that emphasizes a work life balance and prosperity both financially and professionally.

Cons

I do not have a remark.

Pros

Job security, good coworkers, nice office

Cons

I'll say this, the people here are genuinely great, and that's the main reason I've stuck around as long as I have. But lately it's been hard to ignore everything else. Pay hasn't moved even though what's expected of us keeps growing, flexibility is basically gone at this point, and when changes happen (comp, structure, whatever) we usually find out after the fact with zero explanation. It's frustrating trying to do your job well when you're always a step behind on what's actually going on. And it's not just us feeling it either, leadership seems just as stretched and reactive, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Honestly, moving into a leadership role right now doesn't even feel worth it, you'd still be running a desk on top of managing people, with no real pay bump to show for it. There just isn't a clear path up anymore, and that's the part that's been getting to me most.
