Soliant is an unprofessional and unethical company - Account Executive Soliant Health Employee Review

Pros

Wonderful co-workers, great co-workers, nice janitors, decent training

Cons

The worst managers ever. The worst commission/salary. Lofty goals that can never be reached. Zero career development. No leadership, just micromanagement and petty rules that change weekly. No warnings or timeline as to termination. One day you will show up and be fired. You find office politics anywhere but it is excessive at Soliant. Managers pick favorites and rules are bent or made advantageous to the favorites in the office. Yeah there is no cap on the commission but the commission is close to impossible to accumulate. My first commission check was around $25 and I had placed two full time workers. Soliant will provide a paycheck and serve as a resume builder. Thats about it. Oh and the Christmas party is pretty good. Make sure and quit after that.

Pros

Loads of training. Cooperative environment and fun atmosphere. Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

Low starting pay. This is role better suited for someone that is straight out of college with no real bills or responsibilities

Pros

Job security, good coworkers, nice office

Cons

I'll say this, the people here are genuinely great, and that's the main reason I've stuck around as long as I have. But lately it's been hard to ignore everything else. Pay hasn't moved even though what's expected of us keeps growing, flexibility is basically gone at this point, and when changes happen (comp, structure, whatever) we usually find out after the fact with zero explanation. It's frustrating trying to do your job well when you're always a step behind on what's actually going on. And it's not just us feeling it either, leadership seems just as stretched and reactive, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Honestly, moving into a leadership role right now doesn't even feel worth it, you'd still be running a desk on top of managing people, with no real pay bump to show for it. There just isn't a clear path up anymore, and that's the part that's been getting to me most.
