Pros

A fun company to work for, they encourage a hard-working but enjoyable environment and make it a point to recognize and reward hard work. The company is receptive to innovative ideas and encourage feedback from all members of the company. I enjoy coming to work because of the coworkers and leadership I am surrounded by. Definitely can't beat the culture here.

Cons

This is a growing company, so there are definitely some growing pains at times when processes are changing or a new program is being implemented. But still overall the pros far outweigh the cons!

Pros

Loads of training. Cooperative environment and fun atmosphere. Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

Low starting pay. This is role better suited for someone that is straight out of college with no real bills or responsibilities

Pros

Job security, good coworkers, nice office

Cons

I'll say this, the people here are genuinely great, and that's the main reason I've stuck around as long as I have. But lately it's been hard to ignore everything else. Pay hasn't moved even though what's expected of us keeps growing, flexibility is basically gone at this point, and when changes happen (comp, structure, whatever) we usually find out after the fact with zero explanation. It's frustrating trying to do your job well when you're always a step behind on what's actually going on. And it's not just us feeling it either, leadership seems just as stretched and reactive, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Honestly, moving into a leadership role right now doesn't even feel worth it, you'd still be running a desk on top of managing people, with no real pay bump to show for it. There just isn't a clear path up anymore, and that's the part that's been getting to me most.
