Pros

I LOVED working here. Recruiting is a fast-paced, exciting job and is not for people that are lazy or unwilling to really put in the hours and effort! I really worked my butt off here and did the best I could and management always saw and acknowledged my hard work which was nice. On top of the moral support, they pay VERY well. Plus, there are many opportunities for bonuses and raises, and the benefits are great too. It was a great environment, too. Like I said, lots of emotional support and kindness from everyone, including the managers!

Cons

None, I only left because I wanted to try out a new industry. Healthcare recruiting is fun, but I wanted to try my hand at something new!

Pros

Loads of training. Cooperative environment and fun atmosphere. Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

Low starting pay. This is role better suited for someone that is straight out of college with no real bills or responsibilities

Pros

Job security, good coworkers, nice office

Cons

I'll say this, the people here are genuinely great, and that's the main reason I've stuck around as long as I have. But lately it's been hard to ignore everything else. Pay hasn't moved even though what's expected of us keeps growing, flexibility is basically gone at this point, and when changes happen (comp, structure, whatever) we usually find out after the fact with zero explanation. It's frustrating trying to do your job well when you're always a step behind on what's actually going on. And it's not just us feeling it either, leadership seems just as stretched and reactive, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Honestly, moving into a leadership role right now doesn't even feel worth it, you'd still be running a desk on top of managing people, with no real pay bump to show for it. There just isn't a clear path up anymore, and that's the part that's been getting to me most.
