Pros

Clean building, good equipment, nice cubicles

Cons

Unrealistic and unchanging expectations with an unrealistic and ever changing economy. You will be “managed” by managers who don’t even run their own desks and don’t lead by example. Your managers will fire you after the morning meeting and expect you to clean out your desk in front of your entire team.

Pros

Loads of training. Cooperative environment and fun atmosphere. Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

Low starting pay. This is role better suited for someone that is straight out of college with no real bills or responsibilities

Pros

Job security, good coworkers, nice office

Cons

I'll say this, the people here are genuinely great, and that's the main reason I've stuck around as long as I have. But lately it's been hard to ignore everything else. Pay hasn't moved even though what's expected of us keeps growing, flexibility is basically gone at this point, and when changes happen (comp, structure, whatever) we usually find out after the fact with zero explanation. It's frustrating trying to do your job well when you're always a step behind on what's actually going on. And it's not just us feeling it either, leadership seems just as stretched and reactive, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Honestly, moving into a leadership role right now doesn't even feel worth it, you'd still be running a desk on top of managing people, with no real pay bump to show for it. There just isn't a clear path up anymore, and that's the part that's been getting to me most.
