Pros

Good people and a decent first job for new grads.

Cons

In the interview process, you will be told about different perks you can get at certain sales milestones (work from home, flex schedule, etc.). What they don’t tell you is that these perks are used against you and can be taken away with the idea that it will “motivate employees.” For example, you can work from home, but if you go a certain number of days without a deal, you get that taken away (keep in mind your days include weekends when you don’t work).

Pros

Loads of training. Cooperative environment and fun atmosphere. Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

Low starting pay. This is role better suited for someone that is straight out of college with no real bills or responsibilities

Pros

Met some good friends and bonded over shared trauma

Cons

The salary is a misery, there are absolutely no incentives starting at 2% commission - for about a year, commission per month will be about $100 at the very best and yet they lie about first year OTE being about $15k. You’re also encouraged and expected to work over 40 hours a week even though there’s absolutely no incentives to do so and berated when you work what you should: The company has insanely high attrition and turnover rates. The majority of the company is under a year and actively trying to leave. One of their biggest problem is management; the majority of managers should not be in their positions. There’s a toxic culture of pettiness and arrogance. Do not expect to grow professionally at all-I was doing the exact same job as a manager who had been there for almost 10 years. Do not expect to feel supported or heard by any of the higher ups-they actively implements an alarming amount of changes without asking AEs first and then, when they don’t work, they make even more changes. Overall, if you can avoid working at this company, you should. It is a horrible place that preys on new graduates that have limited opportunities.
