If you are a woman or not "in" with the management team do not expect a deserved promotion. Bros who are friends with management without any experience will advance before experienced and exceptional employees. There were barely any women in manager or director level positions the entire time I was employed there. And any woman that does become manager or director does not last long at all. Men will talk over all women and are allowed to take ideas. The company's initiatives change with the wind and there is never anytime to make any real change. Management gives different direction to different departments, creating a toxic and challenging work environment. When each department follows their direction they are given it causes a lot of problems as it is the opposite direction another department was given.
