Pros

Remote work. This basically means you can suffer from home, but will be chained to your desk. No real flexibility.

Cons

Its insanely outdated. Trainings still mention transmission of information VIA FAX machine. Work Equipment is old and oudated. Forget connecting over emails or Slack. They actually enjoy phone calls. Yes, a phone call. Its like time travel back to the 80s. This is the oldest environment I have ever seen. Run.

Great products that help patients heal.

Cons

Leadership changes over the last 6 months have really had a negative impact on the morale and productivity. Moving even more role from US to Costa Rica also upsetting.
