Pros

Operation Management is understanding of work-life balance.

Cons

They have a great mission but it is fogged up by the constant need for change, They change policies and procedures regularly. While changes within a organization would be the norm, expect to have this done each month, sometimes each week. It becomes dressed up as a positive thing when in reality its just an overload of work, corrections, and negative outcomes. If you do not have clinical certifications, there is NO growth. Your title has no substance no matter what they "say". The company lives in the delusion that they are patient focused while in reality they are chasing the dollar. Layoffs. Metric expectations for the "little guys" are sales based with no financial gain for the employee. You are a glorified new generation telemarketer for mediocre pay. No team morale, management doesn't even know their employees a majority of the time.

Pros

Literally just the mileage checks.

Cons

Constant layoffs, 3 since I’ve been here for 2 years. Mangement doesn’t care about you or your home life. They want metrics and numbers. You harass people all day even when they’ve declined to verify hipaa and services. They have a whole department for these calls yet leave it to the PHAs on top of their daily work. Even when members say no, they make you harass them again in a few months so they can decline again, leading to getting cussed out and abused by these members. They have no communication with procedure changes and policies. They change every week. You find out until you’re audited. They assign you new regions or other people regions without notice. You go from a manageable panel to a ridiculous amount of patients and they still want you to travel 5/10x a week.
