Pros

I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I’ve had with Somatus. From the moment our program joined forces with Somatus and from my very first interactions with leaders, I've felt valued and supported. The team is not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate and attentive to employee concerns. They genuinely listen to concerns and take the time to understand individual needs. It’s rare to find a company that balances professionalism with such warmth and empathy. Their dedication to providing patient-centered care and their adaptability to accommodate specific requests have made a significant difference in my experience. Every interaction has been met with respect, patience, and a real sense of partnership in care. I highly recommend Somatus to anyone looking to work for a company that prioritize both your well-being and peace of mind.

Cons

I have not yet experienced negative aspects of the company

Pros

Literally just the mileage checks.

Cons

Constant layoffs, 3 since I’ve been here for 2 years. Mangement doesn’t care about you or your home life. They want metrics and numbers. You harass people all day even when they’ve declined to verify hipaa and services. They have a whole department for these calls yet leave it to the PHAs on top of their daily work. Even when members say no, they make you harass them again in a few months so they can decline again, leading to getting cussed out and abused by these members. They have no communication with procedure changes and policies. They change every week. You find out until you’re audited. They assign you new regions or other people regions without notice. You go from a manageable panel to a ridiculous amount of patients and they still want you to travel 5/10x a week.
