Thank you for taking the time to leave this thoughtful review. We couldn’t agree more about the people and culture in our Denver office, and are happy to learn you loved it too. Our LinkedIn profile needs to be updated — that was a mistake. We’re working with our Talent team now to confirm that roles we’re unable to fill at this time, including in the Financial Operations department, are removed from the site. When we’re able to start expanding our teams again, many of those who were impacted by layoffs will be first on our outreach list. When it comes to benefits, we always strive to give as much to our people as we can afford, and as we grow and become more stable, we want to do more. We hope you understand that our packages are in-line with similar stage start-ups, and it simply isn’t rational today to spend more given our financial position. We’d love to offer the same level of benefits as more mature companies some day. We do offer other great benefits to support our people, such as stock options for all employees and Sonder stay credits.
