Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience. While we’re happy that you appreciate the great perks Sonder has to offer, we are saddened to hear about your overall experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. We certainly couldn’t predict that the pandemic surrounding COVID-19 was coming and we did have to make some quick pivots to protect the business. COVID-19 affected our industry and our employees massively, though of course the pandemic is not a justification for every business decision. We want to acknowledge our approach wasn’t perfect. With the lessons of 2020 in mind, we have updated our leadership principles and mission statement and documented our company customs, service principles, brand values, and commitments to all employees.
