Pros
Most people who work here are mission-driven and care about patients and providers, but that's about where the pros end because leadership is toxic.
Cons
- Little to no training or ramp-up support - They have a Flexible PTO but if you use it they will use that against you - If you have to deal with personal tragedies and need time off, but still keep your workload, they will say they understand and support you, but then use it against you - Leadership likes to say all the right things, but they don't care. It's all about the bottom line, they don't care about patients, providers, or the employees. - They trick you into joining the company because you want to make a difference, only to be given zero resources to do your job and then blame you for any performance issues. - Lots of layoffs, in one round they got rid of all of the people who cared the most about mental health care, in favor of more "strategically" inclined individuals. i.e. people who only care about the bottom line. - They are constantly pivoting on strategy and acquiring companies they have no idea how to leverage. Still haven't found their North Star. - Zero opportunity for growth - Anyone worth keeping is looking for an exit
