Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear you are happy with the corporate culture and have seen our efforts in philanthropic initiatives. Due to the decline in the oil and gas industry in 2016, we did not offer merit increases to select business units, but we did pay out bonuses to bonus eligible associates based on company and personal performance. Recently, we put forth merit increases to all Sonepar Management Group associates. We continually communicate internal job opportunities on our job posting board, Career Connections, and offer training in many areas for associates to expand their skillset. If you would like to discuss your opportunities for growth within the company, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or your HR leader, Shawna Pierro.

Pros

Excellent team with strong collaboration. Immense support for skill development, including training, certifications, and mentorship. A great place to build your cybersecurity career.

Cons

Pay raises tend to be small and can stagnate after a few years — compensation often falls behind market rates.
