Over the past 10 years, Sonepar USA has experienced tremendous growth in the United States. The decline of commodity prices, especially oil and gas impacted parts of our business, especially our industrial customers. We are currently being selective in the positions that we are hiring for and we do offer merit increases. However, there are several business units along with corporate that are not anticipating merits in 2016 only. These groups and corporate are directly impacted by the oil and gas industry downturn. We do not anticipate this practice continuing in the future.
