I’m sorry to hear you have been not been satisfied with our organization. At Sonepar USA we greatly value our employees and our culture. The health and well-being of our associates are also extremely important to us. We strive to provide comprehensive, high-quality, yet diverse benefits packages to provide the right fit for each employee’s needs. Although there have been slight medical premium increases, the national average has been an 8% increase, and Sonepar has kept it far below that with an average of 4.5%. We have not had dental or vision increases in 4 years. Additionally, we have added Vitality, a robust wellness program, that gives associates the opportunity to earn points that can be used for gift cards, among other things.
We recruit recent college graduates to develop and bring new talent into our industry, with the intent for them to learn from our current employees. We are faced with the upcoming gap of a retiring workforce who hold a wealth of knowledge, and therefore are bringing new talent in not to replace, but to learn from them.
