7yThank you for your feedback. We are concerned you feel the culture at Capital Electric is political and communication channels need improvement. Capital currently sends weekly critical information emails, monthly videos and conducts quarterly town hall meetings to update management and associates on the business. While these are great methods, we realize there is always room for improvement. We are continuously striving to improve processes and communication channels.
