Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, your experience is concerning to us as we want all employees to feel that they are treated fairly and have equal opportunities within the organization. I strongly encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner or Director to provide further details regarding your experience. Sonepar USA looks to hire from within whenever possible and we continuously communicate our internal job opportunities to all associates. Sonepar also gives all employees access to Sonepeople Learning, our learning management system where they can access a variety of different courses geared towards career development. We want nothing more than to see our employees be successful and grow in their careers. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you all the best.

Pros

Excellent team with strong collaboration. Immense support for skill development, including training, certifications, and mentorship. A great place to build your cybersecurity career.

Cons

Pay raises tend to be small and can stagnate after a few years — compensation often falls behind market rates.
