      Clear vision and strategy for growth, associate focus with many offerings to reach diverse associate population, opportunities for different roles, learning and growth if you are good and want those opportunities

      Cons

      Work functions across the organization can be more collaborative on project work Need to reevaluate workforce regularly as the company grows and adds technology etc...not sure all departments across the organization are staffed appropriately for the level of work

      Excellent team with strong collaboration. Immense support for skill development, including training, certifications, and mentorship. A great place to build your cybersecurity career.
