Due to organizational and industry changes, the company sometimes has to make difficult strategic adjustments to ensure long-term success. We understand the impact this can have on associates and know that clear communication is key when making these decisions. We are always working to improve in that area.
We value career development and are committed to providing our team with the support and resources they need to grow. We’ve expanded our internal career development programs, such as launching the Momentum mentorship and Executive development programs this year. We will continue expanding those programs to ensure associates get the training, exposure to leadership and support they need to be successful.
