Pros

Sonepar USA does everything in their power to give you the tools to succeed and grow in the workplace. Whether it is manufacturer trainings, in-house trainings, leadership development, and growth, Sonepar will provides you with all these opportunities. Also, everyone I have had the pleasure to work with has been a resource. Our employees love what they are doing and they love to share their knowledge with you. Best of all, no one is intimidated by your potential and your co-workers are excited to see you develop within such a growing company. There are also chances to travel within your local area and in many cases nationally to different product trainings. This is a great time for someone young to enter the business because the industry is constantly evolving with the never-ending advances in technology. The younger generation has grown up with this technology and can be expertise to the leaders in the company. This helps increase your chances for growth personally and monetarily. Lastly, this is a family company and they treat you as such. I never wake up thinking that I have to go to work, I am happy to.

Excellent team with strong collaboration. Immense support for skill development, including training, certifications, and mentorship. A great place to build your cybersecurity career.

Cons

Pay raises tend to be small and can stagnate after a few years — compensation often falls behind market rates.
