      The pay was almost sufficient for the role, and the company-sponsored lunches

      Not as family-oriented as they would seem, leadership ran a tight ship and played favorites, and had very dated processes.

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
