      I’m so happy to be back and now working on the other side of the business. The leadership team is strong, supportive, and truly focused on teamwork. It’s been a great environment to step into, and I’m excited about the opportunities to learn and grow in this new role.

      Great Leadership and they take care of there people

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
