      Pros

      Stock retention grants allow C-Suites to cash-in upwards of $20M a year and then we meet every year for them to throw it in our faces and let us know that we shouldn’t expect anything different.

      Cons

      Overworked Underpaid Benefits are HORRIBLE (Family of 3 pays approx. $1000 a month) Management is selected with straws (The good ol’ fashioned way)

      Great Leadership and they take care of there people

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
