      Not many. You get fed every Saturday but every dealership does that.

      Cons

      Terrible pay, long hours, and a serious disconnect between the way that Sonic wants their business to be run and the way managers actually run it.

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
