Is this a joke? - Anonymous employee Sonic Automotive Employee Review

The training and onboarding process was awful. There were no real standard of work or processes in place to help things wrong smoothly. Everyday is a complete circus full of chaos. There are not much advancement opportunities if you are working in the dealership. The management did not do a good job in managing or leading. Effective communication is definitely NOT what Sonic Automotive enforces. Most importantly, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE --- This came out of my manager's mouth!
