Too many to list them all. The controller actually changed my pay before I even started the job. LOWERED it after I was hired. Time and time again employees were given bad reviews only so upper management could avoid giving raises. The employees, who bust their butts in understaffed departments, are battered by the managers until they quit and then ALL of the work falls on what few employees still remain. Upper management doesn’t seem alarmed by the high employee turn over, so new people are constantly “in training” which leaves things falling through the cracks, resulting in finger pointing, more poor reviews and a hostile work environment. This company actually gives pay decreases across multiple departments.
