When I first started there the staff& management had been there for years. Great reputations for sales and pretty good service dept. But things changed- Sonic is only concerned about their bottom line, they answer to shareholders bc they are publicly traded. Employee turnover skyrocketed, largely because of incredible pressure from managers who were concerned about their jobs and hitting bonuses. It became an awful work environment.
