      Pros

      Really good training program. Also have awesome benefits and 401k plans. They are still in their early stages so there is tremendous opportunity for growth. Pretty good hours.

      Cons

      Work-life balance could use some working with. A more stable schedule would be nice, possibly go to a normal shift verses swing shifts.

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
