      If you can speak Chinese you will do good.

      Cons

      Long Work Hours No Profit In Vehicles Sold. All the Sales calls go straight to the BDC department who then hand off the leads to the Internet Department. Too Much Micro managing.

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
