Pros
Good people work there. Corporate has very good programs for the associates.
Cons
Long hours in the industry. Not a real good way to bring attention to issues without loosing your job so there for the truth never comes out and good people leave or are fired. Managers becomes lazy and sluff off what is important and disrespect the employees. If leaders under management do not side in they then are also on the outside and they are discredited. To start the character assassination starts the murder of a reputation that they get away with. This happens in all business.
