      Wonderful managers and great at identifying young talent and cultivating talent.

      Cons

      Smaller dealerships seem to be forgotten sometimes. No other cons at this time.

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
