Cronyism is common at this location. They show a lot of favoritism. Company policies mean nothing if everyone does not follow them. An employee does not show up for training sessions, leaves early, comes in late, and does not work when in the office and nothing is said because of whom that person knows. Then they want to promote the person. It is bad for morale and not getting better. Sad thing is the whole office knows.
