Pros
If you are friends and family of the management at this particular store, you can be lazy and have no concept of management and will all be promoted to management. Despite the complaints, you can do no wrong and it's always everyone else's fault.
Cons
If you are not friends and family of management and do not have similar background (all foreigners), don't look to be promoted and don't think that you matter because you don't. Be prepared to be treated like a 5 year old and like you live in a third world country.
