Pros
- The bonuses are nice and are quarterly. - Friendly people working in the office if you're lucky to see them, when majority of the office is remote.
Cons
- No Midyear or Quarterly reviews, only annual. - Not much room for career progression within this company. - Office Manager and Customer Service Manager are in kahoots and will cover up data and real issues in the department to save themselves. - High Customer Service turnover but no one addresses the real problems in the department, the manager. - Management is not trained in having difficult conversations or being professional. Management has told new hires that she is petty and doesn't mind being a bully, and only chooses the easy tickets during training and interviews. - Will offer additional duties but no there is no conversations about job title changes or pay increases.
