Treat their sales people like children. Pay plan is trash. They have one top sales person there that carries the whole store, management spoon feeds only top sales people. No training if you are new. Immature culture. TRASH TRASH TRASH

Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
