I gave 2 stars because I'm very thankful to my ex-managers for the experience which I had while! was working with them. Sometimes they were very nice and helpful to me, but unfortunately, they did everything just for their benefit (to get more money) Managers don't care about customer-centricity. When I complained to the GM I didn't receive any response. After I notified HR of what was going on in the dealership HR just called me a week later after my email to notify me that they were investigating something and didn't forget about me regarding my complaint, but I never received anything from her. In a month one of the managers just notified me that they fired me, 5 days before the month ended, because at that time I sold 12 cars and I had clients who were waiting for me to buy a car while I was in the office with the manager (when he notify me that they are firing me) I supposed to sell 14 or even more cars at that months, but they didn't want to pay me the full amount of my commissions, that's why they decided to fire me on 26th August. PS If you sell 14+ cars per month, we receive a commission % of the deals, if less than 14 cars, you receive $75 per car.
