      You can make so much money. It is all up to you! Training sets you up for success.

      Cons

      You have to work with the dealerships and they treat you like dirt. Customers are rude as well but this job values someone assertive.

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
