      I have been with Sonic for over a year and a half and have enjoyed my time so far. Leadership is supportive yet also pushes you to set challenging goals. There is room for growth if you put in the time, effort, and willingness to learn. Overall, happy to be here.

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
