      Dealership environment, Sonic culture is good.

      Cons

      Very minimal work and not enough work means low pay. 2nd day at work and was asked what race I was, how old I am, and other illegal questions by a lot of staff here.

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
