      Great Building Co workers are awesome. Best Brand to sell

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low 10% front 2% back. All you car guys will understand. Poor management threatens with job weekly.

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
