      Pros

      When i lost the mother of my child Sonic automotive was very supportive initially.

      Cons

      Informed i needed time off for mental health. They used the month i used Sick time to terminate me. 11h work shifts and On call from 12am - 7pm.

      Not really a Con but be ready for long hours. (comes with the job)

      Pay was decent for the work

      Cons

      Did not feel valued as an employee. Felt discriminated against for my age. Management showed favoritism towards certain employees of certain ages if their interests were similar to the general sales managers and those employees received special treatment
