      The people here are so great! This company has such good culture and personality. Everyone works hard and enjoys working with each other. It's a great place to work with good, helpful people, autonomy, and a growth mindset.

      Cons

      Growing quickly means keeping up with new processes and collaboration, but nothing bad to say about that.

      Pros

      Everybody likes the product we are selling and how we are trying to operate in a more respectable way then our large corporate competitors who are very careless and greedy.

      Cons

      substantial salary and position growth. We aren't massive but we are growing rapidly, I think we need to start putting the long standing employees in higher positions.
